What does the African Kingdoms Federation do for Africa? Africa's advanced development!

Dear Esteemed Friends and Federation Community,

As we stand on the threshold of 2025, marking the 25th Throne Year of our Imperial Matriarch, Her Imperial Majesty The Nubian Empress, The Queen of Sheba, we embark on a transformative journey into a new era. The Queendom of Sheba traces its lineage back to the ancient Kingdoms of Nubia and Egypt, a heritage both timeless and enduring. While history and the colonial era brought change, the Queendom’s role as the Mother Throne of the Kingdoms of Nubia-Sheba remains steadfast, celebrated daily in ancestral libations poured onto the sacred earth.

The period from the year 2000, with the coronation of Her Imperial Majesty Empress Shebah Kasambu’Ra, to the closing of 2024, has been remarkable, encompassing phases 1 through 9 of significant milestones for the Queendom of Sheba Crown Government and the African Kingdoms Federation. These years have paved the way for monumental developments and global advancements, shaping a future of boundless possibilities for Africa and the world at large. Empowering Leadership Through Full Proficiency

What does the African Kingdoms Federation do for Africa? Africa's advanced development! Her Imperial Majesty Queen Sheba III emphasizes the importance of achieving "full proficiency" in education and training. In her recent address at the Nigerian APC Women National Summit, she highlighted the transformative power of results-based education that equips individuals with the practical skills needed for nation-building and economic prosperity. The Queen’s call to action challenges current educational standards, urging a shift from mediocrity to excellence.

She stated:

"Youth unemployment stems from a lack of employable skills. By bridging the gap between education and real-life application, we empower women and youth to lead, innovate, and contribute to society meaningfully."

FULL SPEECH

‘’Thank you for your gracious invitation to your Empowering Women for Leadership and Nation Building program.

If we are to seriously empower women, they must uniquely differentiate themselves from the crowd and stand out from the noise and clamour that passes for Leadership and Nation Building.

Standards must be set high and must be met. Earning certificates or the passing of tests and exams that do not translate into the ability to apply knowledge to real life problems and formulate real life solutions does the nation no service and does not differentiate women as a cut above. Existing standards are the status quo. Women to succeed must rise above the status quo.

Good enough is in fact not good enough if we are to truly empower women.

Foundational to this is Education, Learning and Training that sets a standard of “Full Proficiency” meaning full conceptual understanding and full ability to apply practical knowledge to real life Leadership and Nation Building challenges.

Learning/Education/Training that achieves “full proficiency” results is the key to success and the key to moving the dial forward toward truly empowering women.

Learning to a level of “Full Proficiency” is a crucial component of nation building because it equips women with the knowledge, skills, and critical thinking abilities necessary for personal development, economic prosperity, and social cohesion, allowing them to actively participate in society and contribute to a nation's progress by creating a skilled workforce capable of driving innovation and addressing complex challenges something that current education systems heartbreakingly do not do. The disconnection between current education systems and real life work and employment is a large chasm that must be bridged.

You may have asked yourself, why are there so many youth unemployed? Many answers may surface and blame can be heaped on various factors but let us face the bitter truth. Youth are unemployed because they are unemployable. They are unemployable because they are not fully proficient in a skill or subject that is in demand and that society needs and will pay for. They are not proficient enough to create their own employment through entrepreneurial work that solves a problem or provides a product or service that fulfils a need or demand that society will pay for.

Unemployed youth resort to crime, drug abuse, violence and prostitution which leads to HIV/AIDS and a myriad of social ills including systemic poverty. Let us change the status quo, let us raise the bar, and let us transform the mind-set of good enough to excellence, from time-based training and education to results based training and education – results of which I speak of being “full proficiency”. After all that is the best chance that women can have to gain fulfilling employment and a higher standard of living and a higher quality of life.

That is how I would like to empower Women.
