HRH Prince MUSTAPHER
Khalifa Mustapher, a Nubian by tribe, lives in Lomule Village, in Bombo Town Council, Luweero District with his family. He was born in Kenya after the Liberation wars, when his parents left Uganda for Kenya to seek refuge, thus, he is Ugandan by descent and his ancestors are originally from Sudan.
Khalifa completed high school studies in 2008, and later joined the Kampala City government funded hospital where he completed a medical lab on- job training course. Its services were free of charge to all the citizens, with the main focus on testing for HIV, Malaria, TB, Syphilis, etc., all deemed humanitarian services.
In 2010, after developing an interest to search for his ancestral background, he left Uganda for South Sudan, landing his first job with a company called Great Nile Trade investments LTD which was focusing in trade overseas and had a coordination office in Miot Hospital, Chennai- India which was the referral hospital. Khalifa was employed at the coordination desk, seeing to medical papers for the patients, visa processing, and groupage for medical prescription in the Miot Hospital.
In 2011, there came an opportunity to work with US Embassy South Sudan under AFEX GROUP USAID and Khalifa was employed as hygiene personnel and internal Health inspector, maintaining food temperature logs and assisting the kitchen staff with any other tasks as needed.
After one year, he completed and attained a food and sanitation course certification, sponsored by the US Department of State, while also working under a charitable organization called HOPE OFIRIHA, an NGO helping South Sudanese women and children rebuild their lives.
Their main office is in Torit, Sudan and the coordinating Office is in Oslo, Norway. Their mission is to empower women and children living in rural communities to overcome social injustice, disease, illiteracy, and poverty. He has seen small scale interventions enhance the social and economic well-being of the people and help them better reach their potential. Khalifa was also volunteering at KIFAD (a local community based organization that provides support to People Living with HIV).
At present; Khalifa is Chairman of Youth League of Bombo, a Project Coordinator Nubian Advocacy Group, Project Officer Bombo Action for Youth Development Organization and Ambassador ARC Crown Chapter East-African Nubian nations.
This is a Federation regional post with the Crown Officials alongside the Ambassador & Ambassadress responsible for the specific area of East-Africa that together covers sectors of the African Kingdoms Economical Development Commission-AKEDC- which is the Federation Trade Board, an integral part of the PVIIP program.
